Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

LuxPilot AI collects account information (name, email), billing information processed by Stripe, and read-only financial data you authorize us to access via Plaid. We do not store your bank credentials.

2. How we use your information

We use your data exclusively to provide bookkeeping automation services, generate reports, and improve our AI models with anonymized aggregates. We never sell personal data.

3. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each tenant is fully isolated. Our Sentinel Agent monitors infrastructure 24/7.

4. Plaid bank connections

Bank connections are managed by Plaid under their own privacy policy at plaid.com/legal. Plaid never shares credentials with LuxPilot AI.

5. Your rights

You may request data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@luxpilotai.com.
